To find the documents you need to learn more about our existing health insurance and dental/vision plans, you should go to the HR website on the district's webpage. To do so---
- First, log into the district website as a staff member.
- Then, under the heading of District Information, find and click the link for Human Resources.
- Then find and click the link For Employees.
- At the top this page titled HR-Employee Site, find and click Benefits.
- At the bottom of this page titled Benefits and Forms, you will find all the forms you might need to make any kind of claim.
